01
Call and dispatch
You call (833) 321-7153 and describe what's wet. We ask the questions that matter: where's the water, is it still running, is there power nearby. A crew heads your way, usually within the hour for emergencies like a burst pipe at 2 a.m.
02
Inspection and leak location
We walk the property with a moisture meter, infrared thermometer, and inspection camera to find the source and trace how far the water traveled. You get a clear picture of the damage before we cut anything. This takes 30 to 60 minutes on most homes.
03
Water extraction
Truck-mounted water extraction units and wet/dry vacuums pull standing water from carpet, hardwood, and concrete. For a flooded basement, a sump pump may run first. We remove roughly 90% of the liquid in this stage.
04
Drying and monitoring
We position air movers, floor drying mats, and dehumidifiers based on the readings, then return daily to check moisture levels with a hygrometer. Drying typically takes 3 to 5 days. We adjust equipment as the numbers change.
05
Repair and rebuild
Once the structure is dry, we repair the leak, replace damaged drywall, insulation, and baseboard, and finish with paint or flooring as needed. You get a dry, sealed, finished space, not a hole in the wall.
