01
Call and dispatch
You call (833) 321-7153 and speak to a real person, not a call center. We ask what happened, where the water is and whether the source is stopped. Within minutes we dispatch the nearest crew with a water extraction unit, wet/dry vacuum and moisture meter on board. Most South El Monte addresses see a technician within 60 to 90 minutes.
02
Inspection and moisture mapping
On arrival we shut off the water if it is still running, then walk the property with a thermal imaging camera and moisture meter. We map every wet area, including hidden moisture behind baseboards, under wood subfloor and inside ceiling cavities. You get a clear picture of the damage before we start, and we explain what we found in plain language.
03
Water extraction
We pull standing water with truck-mounted extraction units and wet/dry vacuums, then use sump pumps for deeper water in basements and crawl spaces. Extraction typically takes one to three hours for a standard residential loss. For sewage backup or Category 3 water, we remove contaminated materials and apply antimicrobial spray before drying begins.
04
Drying and monitoring
We position air movers, dehumidifiers and floor drying mats to dry the structure. Desiccant dehumidifiers handle tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics. We return daily to log moisture readings with a hygrometer and infrared thermometer. Most dry-outs finish in three to five days, and we do not remove equipment until readings confirm the structure is dry.
05
Final walkthrough and documentation
When drying is complete, we do a final moisture check and walk the property with you. We provide a full report with photos, moisture logs and an Xactimate scope for your insurance claim. If repairs like drywall, baseboard or paint are needed, we can handle those too. You get a dry, documented property and a clear next step.
